At Entreprises Logiklik Inc. (also operating as Studio Logiklik), we strive to provide high-quality games, software, and in-game content. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Digital Products (Games, Software, In-Game Content)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds or returns for digital products are only considered in exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent access or use.

with details of your purchase and issue, and we will work to resolve it.
Physical Products (if applicable)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.

with your order details and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
